This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection for the peaceful survey by 3rd respondent in Ka.Sa.No.B15-68/1.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petitioner paid requisite fees to concerned department to survey the said land comprised in Ka.Sa.No.68/1, which is situated in Pudumandu Village, Ooty, Nilgiris District .
4. Admittedly, the revenue officials have to engage surveyor to survey the said land. If the petitioner requires any police protection to survey the land, the revenue officials can approach the concerned police and sought for police protection.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
