This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 15.11.2023 on the investigation made in Crime Number 485 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of police, Ranipet. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.There shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to effectively proceed further with the investigation in accordance with law and complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
