2. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Crl.M.P. is disposed of as withdrawn/closed. Though obvious and though not really necessary as any number of suspension of sentence petitions can be filed as a matter of abundant caution, we make it clear that it is open to the petitioner to come up with same/similar petition on the same point after some time.
