The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has not raised serious objection for allowing this application, which has been filed by the defendant seeking for reception of additional documents. She would submit that the said documents can be allowed to be received and marked as exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the additional documents disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this application are allowed to be received and marked on the side of the defendant, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
