ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1) (aaa) 4(A) of TNP Act r/w.6 and 11 of R.S.Rules 2000 and 468,471,420 of IPC in Crime No.61 of 2017 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the coaccused (A2 to A6) were arrested and released on bail by this court in Crl.O.P.No.4481 to 4487/2017 by order dated 02.03.2017. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner along with others were found in possession of 105 litres of ID Arrack. He further submitted that their co-accused were released on bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that his co-accused were released on bail and there is no need for custodial interrogation at this stage, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
