This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to enquire, investigate and register the complaint dated 11.2.2015 by filing FIR against the opposite party within the time frame as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that earlier a complaint was made by the petitioner, in which enquiry was conducted in CSR 1047 of 2014 and the same was closed. The subsequent complaint made by the petitioner on 11.2.2015 was also enquired and closed on 12.6.2015. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
