ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 14.2.2014 in W.P.No.4408 of 2014, while allowing the writ petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directed the respondents to count 50% of the petitioner's

part time service as Vocational Instructor between 7.10.1978 and 31.3.1990 for the purpose of calculating pension. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed.
