The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 18 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition as against the order dated 17.10.2023 in Crl.MP.No.43505 of 2023 in C.C.No.4637 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.S.P.Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024.
