This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time limit mentioned in Crl.O.P.No.32692 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024. 2.Heard both sides and gone through the affidavit. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time limit to comply the order dated 27.12.2024 is extended till 28.02.2025, failing which the order dated 27.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.32692 of 2024 will stand cancelled automatically. 24.02.2025 krk NOTE: Issue order copy on 24.02.2025.
