ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 27.11.2014 in I.A.No.57 of 2013 in A.S.No.26 of 1995 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet.

2. During the course of the hearing, today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal in A.S.No.26 of 1995 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet has been dismissed for default on 30.10.2023. As per his information, no steps have been taken for restoration of the appeal till now. The learned counsel for the petitioner further sought permission to restore the Civil Revision Page No: 2/5

Petition if any order to be passed by the Appellate court in A.S.No. 26 of 1995.

3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in our view, this Civil Revision Petition can be closed as infructuous.

4. In the light of the fact that the appeal in A.S.No.26 of 1995 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet has been dismissed on 30.10.2023, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate application in the Civil Revision Petition if the appeal is restored.
