ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to STC No.151 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi and to set aside the same.

2.The learned District Judicial Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, Erode by a letter dated 21.07.2017 in Dis.No.1059 of 2017 has stated that S.T.C.No.151 of 2011 on his file has been withdrawn and hence, the complainant has been permitted to withdraw the case and accused was acquitted and also enclosed the copy for the same.

3.Since, the complaint has been withdrawn and petitioner herein has been acquitted by an order dated 20.06.2011, hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
