Seeking for issuance of patta, the petitioner made a representation, dated 27.01.2015 to the respondent/Tahsildar. Since the said representation evoked no response, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid prayer.

In view of the above, without expressing anything on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
