ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the 3rd respondent herein, the Inspector of Police, K-2 Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai - 600 023, to register the case pertaining to the petitioner complaint dated 02.04.2015 vide CSR No.522/CSR/K-2(v) in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.S.Thiagarajan,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that it is purely civil transaction wherein the opposite party has borrowed money after giving the land documents to the petitioner.

4. Along with this allegation, the petitioner has already added allegations such as threat and criminal intimidation. Hence, this is not a fit case and no positive direction can be given to the police for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
