ORDER

The petitioner is presently serving in Chennai as Superintendent in the office of the second respondent. As he is a native of Madurai and has got some domestic problems to be attended to immediately, he has given a representation seeking transfer of his service from Chennai to Madurai, as he is not able to frequently visit his family, which has not been considered. Therefore, he has come to this Court seeking a mandamus to the first respondent to consider his representation.

2. Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

pending representation of the petitioner compassionately, subject to availability of any vacancy, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
