ORDER
The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the petitioners' last representation dated 09.02.2018 and further, the said representation was received on 15.02.2018 and 16.02.2018 seeking for issuance of house patta in the names of the petitioners herein, considering the genuine request and pass orders thereon on merits, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The respondents 1 to 4 have filed common counter affidavit and the fifth respondent has not filed any counter affidavit.
3. This is a simple Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 09.02.2018. Though the said representation was made in the year 2018, so far, the official respondents have not stated as to whether they have issued any notice to the 2 / 5
petitioners or passed orders on the said representation. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition. Even after approaching this Court, the Writ Petition is pending from the year 2018 till now and the official respondents have not stated as to the stage of the said representation or whether they have considered the said representation or not. It is also not known as to whether the official respondents have conducted any enquiry and passed orders.

Therefore, the third respondent is directed give notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein and interested parties/aggrieved parties/objectors/rival claimants, if any, as the case may be, and after giving notice to all those parties, conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to all of them, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, since the said representation is pending form 2018. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.9347 of 2018 is ordered on payment of separate Court fee by each of the petitioners. 14.03.2024 cs 3 / 5
