There is no merits in A.No.3913 of 2022. The Order that was earlier passed by this Court on 23.06.2021 in A.No.749 of 2021 is clear and categorical and it has been recorded in an order dated 23.11.2023.

2. The amount that was directed to be paid was a sum of Rs.2,49,000/- only for the purpose of issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for renewal of permit. Court has not concluded that with the payment of the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,49,000/- to the respondents Bank, all the amounts due will stand discharged.

3. Therefore, there is no merits in this application and is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
