When the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that F.I.R in Crime No.99 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioner.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by quoting the crime number.
