ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) Mr. Raja Srinivas, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr. G. Anantha Rangan, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the second and third respondents. It is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent, since this is only a case of disposal of representation and no order can be passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to him. Thus, with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.

The only limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2015 and pass orders thereon, as per law, within a time frame.

3.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, we direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2015, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that an opportunity of hearing be afforded to the fourth respondent before passing orders on the petitioner's aforestated representation. 4.
