Petitioner/wife has come up with this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2013 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.

It is seen that, the marriage between the parties took place at Kanchipuram. However, both of them are employed and are residing in Dubai.

As the parties are represented by their respective Lawyers before the Court below, presence of the parties is required only for tendering evidence, and not otherwise. As the parties are employed at Dubai, their appearance before the Court below, is dispensed with.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.4718 of 2020 is closed.
