O R D E R
Instant Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation, dated 11/11/2019.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the transformer which is erected in front of the petitioner's house is causing inconvenience to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner, made a request for shifting the transformer from the existing place for which the respondents have also agreed.
However, the respondents suggested the petitioner to pay the shifting charges. The petitioner has also agreed for the same. Even thereafter, the respondents 2 and 3 have not shifted the transformer from the petitioner place and therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 11/11/2019 which was addressed to the Chief Minister cell was considered by the respondent Board and the petitioner was duly intimated, vide, letter No.AE/O & M/Mandaveli/ F.Complaints/D.77/20, dated 21/1/2020, to make an application in the prescribed form to the concerned Assistant Executive Engineer, O & M, Santhome, TANGEDCO, Foreshore Estate, Chennai, for shifting of Distribution Transformer with an undertaking to pay the shifting charges and then it would be considered.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to file an application to the concerned authority with an undertaking for the payment of shifting charges, forthwith and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall take necessary action on the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from thereon. No costs.
