Thu/ Na.Ka. 3750/12/R.5 dated 16.11.2012 on the file of 3rd respondent and to quash the above said impugned order and direct the respondent to effect mutation of change the name of ownership of the property bearing plot No.7 and 8 Mugappair Road Mannurpet Chennai-60 comprised in Survey No.95/2A/1B of an extent of 11 cents situate at Mugappair Village within the jurisdiction of S.R.O. Villivakkam and transfer in petitioner name for the purpose of Property Water and Sewerage Tax in the place of Original owner Ethirajulu.
