Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Monica, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the detenue, viz., Monica, aged about 24 years, before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court and set her at liberty.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. Petitioner, the detenue girl as also her parents, who, today have been informed to be foster parents and have nurtured her from the age of 2, are present. The detenue informs that she is willing to reside with her foster parents and happily would take up employment with their concurrence. In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
