ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested by the respondent police on 18.01.2022 for the alleged offence of robbing Rs.650/- at knife point from the road side tiffin shop owner.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that it is the fourth case of similar nature and the petitioner is in habit of indulging in extortion and robbery. If he is released on bail, he will repeat the same. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is a foisted case and infuriated by the anticipatory bail obtained by the petitioner in the previous case, this has been foisted.

3.Whether the case is foisted or genuine case, is matter for trial. This Court finds that the petitioner had been repeatedly indulged in similar offence and creating menace to the public and releasing the petitioner on bail will only lead to recurrence of this crime.
