Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner, three weeks extension of time is granted to execute the surrender of the petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ponneri by this Court vide Order dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18575 of 2023.
