This petition is filed to quash the impugned notice issued under Section 179 of the Act in TR.No.M-100/2012-2013 dated 20.09.2012.

2.It is mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is no more and there are no surviving legal representatives for the deceased Writ Petitioner as his wife has also died.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
