310097/2024/D4 dated 06.03.2024, permitted the Petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition."

The copy of the said permission granted by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department under Section 43 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, has also been placed on record.
