[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioners by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, in SC No.92/2019 dated 03.01.2020, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal and enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Registry is directed to list the main Appeal in the second week of January 2024.
