This petition is filed to condone the delay of 633 days in preferring the above appeal in CMA Sr.No.21986 of 2026.

2. Mr.V.Dakshanamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. Notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr. No.21986 of 2026, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
