Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Declaration, to declare that the impugned office order No.6/2016, dated 09.02.2016, issued by the second respondent cannot be made applicable for application for planning permission insofar it relates to plots/sites either developed by the statutory authority Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Local Authority, Corporation of Madras and for the plots in layouts approved under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.
