O R D E R

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court dated 21.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.16675 of 2017 by passing on order on 12.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had complied with the order passed by this Court, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
