Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the petitioner forthwith suitable alternative employment with pay protection, continuity of service, back wages and all other service and consequential benefits with effect from 03.02.2014 as per the Medical Board's Report dated 26.11.2014.

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner was 57 years in the year 2015 and apparently, he has now reached the age of superannuation. In case the petitioner intends to seek for any service benefits from 2014 onwards, liberty is hereby granted to him to file a fresh writ petition.
2. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
