O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has obtained a Power of Attorney from an eight eight year old man by name P.N.Nagaraj in the year 2015 and now, the petitioner is contending that the opposite parties have built multi-storeyed flats in the land allegedly belonging to his principal. The complaint does not disclose the date on which the buildings were constructed.

4. Since the complaint is bereft of any material particulars, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a FIR.

5. In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies before the appropriate civil court.
