This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to declaring that the orders issued vide Na.Ka.No.12799/E4/2003 dated 29.08.2012 by the Deputy Director, Public Health Department, Salem the third respondent herein addressed to the zonal Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Ariyapalayam and consequently compelling the petitioner to deposit the sum of Page No.2 of 5
Rs.1,28,432/-.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has challenged the recovery order vide Na.Ka.No.12799/E4/2003, dated 29.08.2012 issued by the third respondent and during the pendency of this writ petition, the recovery order has been cancelled or revoked. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.03.2024 vm Index :
