ORDER
During the last hearing on 13.08.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and this Court has directed the learned counsel to produce the death certificate and directed to list the matter on 19.08.2019. Today, this Criminal Revision Case is taken up for hearing, the death certificate of the petitioner has not been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default. In case the petitioner is alive he is at liberty to file petition for restoration of the revision case.
