ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint on 07.05.2015 and to file a final report within a stipulated period. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The complaint has been given by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
