ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 395 r/w 397 of I.P.C altered to 395, 397 r/w 109 of I.P.C in Crime No.964 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused said to have robbed a container lorry carrying cell phones and the value of the robbed articles amounts to Rs.15 crores. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners along with other accused have robbed a container lorry carrying cell phones and the value of the robbed articles amounts to Rs.15 crores. She further submits that the petitioners are habitual offenders.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders and and the value of robbed articles is very high, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
