ORDER

This Writ Petition is of the year 2011 and notice had been ordered as early as on 25.02.2011. In spite of the said order, the learned counsel for the Petitioner had not taken notice. However, on 15.11.2018, he had sought further time to take fresh notice. Accordingly, the learned counsel for Petitioner was permitted to take private notice afresh to the Respondents returnable by two weeks, by order dated 15.11.2018. It was also observed that if no affidavit of service is filed within the said period, the matter would be dismissed for default on the next hearing date. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, neither the learned counsel for the Petitioner is present nor proof of service is filed on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
