ORDER

This Court, by order dated 20.02.2025, had directed the District Munsif Court, Tambaram, to dispose of RLTOP.No.18 of 2021, within a period of three months.

2.The learned District Munsif, Tambaram, in and by D.No.255/BC/2025 dated 10.06.2025, has sought for further extension of three months to dispose of RLTOP.No.18 of 2021. 3.It is brought to my notice that RLTOP is now posted only for arguments. of eviction proceedings before the Rent Court. Already, noting that RLTOP is pending from 2021, this Court had granted three months time. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant further three months time as requested by the District Munsif, Tambaram. The District Munsif, Tambaram, shall dispose of RLTOP.No.18 of 2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
