The application has been filed seeking restoration of the writ petition dismissed for default on 17.2.2021.

The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that due to technical fault he could not put in appearance on the said date. The prayer is, accordingly, to recall the order dated 17.2.2021 and restore the writ petition.

Considering the reason given for seeking restoration of the writ petition and finding it to be reasonable, the application is allowed. The order dated 17.2.2021 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number and it may be listed for admission on 8.12.2021.
