A.No.882 of 2022 A.No.882 of 2022 in C.S.No.329 of 2008 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN. J., This case is received from learned Additional Master - II. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that he filed application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased first plaintiff P.Abraham as plaintiffs 3 to 7 in C.S.No.329 of 2008. That application was allowed on 30.03.2022. He was directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint. He further submitted that necessary memo was filed for carrying out the amendment. But the bundle had not reached the concerned section. Subsequently, the case was listed before the Master without carrying out the amendment. Therefore, the matter is sent again to this Court. This Court also finds from the order passed in A.No.882 of 2022 that the application for impleading legal representatives of deceased first plaintiff was allowed. Therefore, the learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint. 2.Post the matter after two weeks.
