ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order of this court dated 01.08.2012 made in Cont.P.No.1221 of 2011 has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioners are before this court with this contempt petition praying to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this court.
2. On the last occasion, noting that the pensionary benefits have not been paid, this Court directed the respondent/contemnor, to make the payment.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor submitted that pensionary benefits have been paid. The aforesaid factum of receipt of the pensionary benefits is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioners have got any other grievance, they can very well workout their remedy in the manner known to law by way of separate proceedings, if so advised.
