ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is to quash the order dated 02.02.2011 of the 1st Respondent and to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the representation in line with the order passed by this Court in WP.No.17013 of 2010, dated 19.08.2010.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader, relying on the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the 1st Respondent that since the Petitioner was settled with all monetary benefits, which is the relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. not disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Consequently, recording the said averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the 1st Respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
