ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey land in S.No.91/4 at Erayur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2013 within time frame.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey the lands and to issue separate after sub division of the same, which is pending. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2013 and pass orders on the petitioner's representation to survey the land comprising in S.No.91/4 at Erayur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
