These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 1046 days in representing above Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Ms.A.Ajimath Begum, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner Managing Trustee was earlier vested with adhoc board and later, it was handed over to the Board of Trustees. Therefore, the petitioner was unable to comply with defects pointed out and there has been a delay of 1046 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petitions.

3. Considering the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the petitioner being the Managing Trustee of Dargah, the delay of 1046 days in representing the Civil Revision Petitions are condoned.
