4.The Dean .. 2nd Respondents in W.P2093/14 Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct the 2nd year MBBS examination to the petitioners on or before April 2014 by conducting special classes to them to enable them to join their main batch and thereby have grant the benefit of Clause 7(7) of the Medical Council of India Regulations on Graduate Medical Education 1997 as amended upto November 2010.
