ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.PAULVASANTHAKUMAR,J) Heard Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (Education) appearing for the respondent.

2. This Contempt Petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.13639 of 2011, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 20.7.2011, wherein a direction was issued to the respondent

to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education Department dated 10.9.2009, to the petitioners.

3. During the pendency of the contempt petition, the official respondent has fixed the pay and arrived at the salary payable in accordance with the said G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 10.9.2009 and the arrears of salary has also been paid to the petitioner on 06.06.2014.

4. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
