The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the Circular Ref.No.10493/E3/1/2013 dated 10.3.2014, issued by the third respondent and for the consequential directions. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed and in that regard, the respondents passed an order in proceedings dated 30.07.2015. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
