ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records relating to the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.5002/2022/A1 dated 07.02.2024 of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr. L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent/private respondent.

3. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that the proceedings under challenge is just a summon in which, it has been directed the parties to appear for enquiry on 19.02.2024. Further, it is stated that the petitioner has already appeared before the 1st respondent on 19.02.2024 for enquiry. In such view of the matter, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2/4
