2. The Prayer sought for in this Miscellaneous Petition is akin to the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition. Therefore, granting relief herein would be nothing but giving relief in the main Writ Petition, which cannot be granted.

3. For the reasons aforesaid, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
