This Court, by its order dated 11.03.2022, directed the respondent /Tahsildar to issue Patta, if it is otherwise in order, failing which he was directed to appear before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for Issuance of Patta', the sixth respondent/Tahsildar, appeared before this Court and submitted that, due to administrative delay he is not able to pass orders.

3.Hence, appearance of sixth respondent/ Tahsildar is dispensed with, and he is directed to pass appropriate orders on or before 07.04.2022.

4.Post the matter on 07.04.2022.
